Welcome to my prenatal class!
I am Julia and I am very pleased that you would like to take part in my prenatal class. In this class I would like to talk to you about the exciting time from the last weeks of pregnancy to the first weeks after the birth. I hope that I can give you enough information that you can find a good way through this time and feel empowered in your decisions.
Together I would like to talk with you about:
Typical challenges in pregnancy
The stages of birth and birth positions
What can I do to prepare for the birth?
The beginning of the birth-How do I know when it actually starts?
How can my partner support me?
Pain relief during childbirth
The first hours and days after birth (regression/infant care)
What do I need to know about breastfeeding?
At the end of the class you will receive a script with all the information.
The class will take place in Birth center Schöneberg. This class is a HYBRID class, which means that it is possible to join the class online in case you are sick or cannot come. It is paid for by the health insurance for the pregnant women.
I charge a fee of 150 € for the partner. This may also be covered by health insurance. You will receive an invoice for this at the end of the course, which you can submit there.
The course is designed so that the accompanying person learns a lot how they can support you. That's why it's important to me that you come together.
Of course, you can also come with someone other than your partner or just by yourself.
As I try to ensure that people with lower incomes are not excluded from my course, you are welcome to let me know if the course becomes a financial challenge for you we will see together how we can make it possible for you to take part. If you are able to pay a higher fee you can refinance the class for someone else which would be appreciated a lot and gives you a BIG plus in Karma points ;) Of course all information about this is confidential.
